Ulyanovsk Instrument Design Bureau (UKBP), part of the Radio-Electronic Technologies Concern (KRET), handled the development and start of production of Russian equipment for the MS-21 cockpit. UKBP experts have created a control panel that provides control over various aircraft systems, including hydraulics, fuel, inertial systems and others. In addition, all lighting equipment in the cockpit, from ground lighting to general lighting to signal displays, was produced in Russia.
