Innovations include technology to monitor “changes in blood pressure” and a function to detect “sleep apnea” (stopping breathing).

According to famous analyst Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, Apple is working on a “groundbreaking” blood pressure sensor technology that can alert users to changes in blood pressure and save data for medical purposes.

Apple Watch Series 10 will also have a sleep apnea detection feature that will alert users to potential risks and recommend they consult a doctor.

It’s also worth noting that Apple is exploring “non-invasive blood sugar monitoring” technology, which, like its blood pressure monitoring system, monitors “changes” in blood sugar levels rather than providing precise measurements.

However, according to estimates, this technology will not appear on Apple Watch for at least a few more years.
