On November 6, Telegram launched the function of holding giveaways among the channel’s subscribers. Channel owners of any level will be able to organize them. Prizes include a free Premium subscription and other gifts.
Before the start, the owners must indicate the number of winners and the time of the draw. They may also limit the number of participants to new subscribers or residents of certain countries.
For every Premium subscription earned, the channel will automatically receive four votes. They cannot be transferred to another channel; They will remain in the organizing channel for the duration of the distributed free subscriptions. Voices level up a channel, allowing you to post stories, change the title color, and more.
Before the start of the draw, the organizer must pay for the selected number of Premium subscriptions, which can be done both in the application and through the @PremiumBot bot or the Fragment platform.
Other Messenger updates include more voices for Premium subscribers. Users who pay for a subscription themselves receive four votes, which can be given to one channel or distributed among several.
