To withdraw cash from clients, you need to point your smartphone camera at the QR code on the ATM screen, after which the user will open VTB Online. Next, select the desired digital ruble account, whereby the money is converted into a non-cash account and then becomes available at an ATM.
Calculation formula: 1 digital ruble = 1 non-cash ruble = 1 cash ruble.
The launch of technology for withdrawing digital rubles from ATMs is a big step in this direction, which will make the process of working with them clearer, more convenient and simpler. Soon, as part of a pilot in VTB Online, it will be possible to carry out usual transactions with digital currency without visiting the office.
