Using QR codes to pay is becoming an increasingly popular method. According to Sber, approximately 40 million transactions are currently processed on their platform every month, and more than 10 million people use the service every month.
We previously wrote that Sber announced the creation of its own interbank bio-acquisition platform, a technology that allows payments to be made using biometric data such as a fingerprint or facial scan.
