RBC and Forbes named the best employers of this year.
RBC overall rating based on a survey among organizations. Interviewed 67 thousand employees who applied for participation in training, and also studied the reporting of organizations. The event was attended by 166 companies employing more than 2 million Russians.
RBC evaluation criteria: working conditions, salary, business efficiency, social responsibility, business reputation and level of employee satisfaction.
Who’s in the TOP (IT): the first group of the rating according to RBC included QIWI, Yandex, Avito, Alfa-Bank, Tinkoff, Kaspersky Lab, MegaFon and Sber. The publication does not divide the organization by location
Average salary in companies (IT): 191.3 thousand rubles. rubles per month
Forbes has been using its own methodology since 2021.
The rating participants were in one of four groups: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. It all depends on the number of points scored. This year, 125 organizations were included in the list.
Forbes Evaluation Criteria: Ecology, Employees and society, Corporate governance.
Who got into Platinum (IT): Alfa-Bank, VTB, Yandex, MegaFon, Kaspersky Lab, Sberbank, Tinkoff, VK
Both ratings are very different from each other. However, they have a common company that occupies a leading position. Among these, for example, from telecom was MegaFon. He is in both rankings and occupies a leading position.
Thus, the operator entered the first group of RBC and took 6th place in the Platinum category according to Forbes. It earned the minimum rating in the Employees and Society and Corporate Governance criteria, and received gold for the Environment.
