There was a glitch in the Sberbank mobile application: it is impossible to make money transfers, users receive a message saying “the service is temporarily unavailable.”
The editor of RB.RU received this message when trying to transfer funds to another Sberbank client.
Sber customers are asked to try again “in 5 minutes or more.”
According to Downradar, the number of user complaints at the time of publication of the material exceeded 900. Most of the crash reports were recorded in Moscow and Novosibirsk.
Updated at 2:00 p.m.: The press service of the credit institution RB.RU reported that “inAll Sberbank Online services are working normally and our specialists quickly restored them.”
