Sticker packs in Telegram are released through a verified bot platform.
Prepare the pictures from which you want to make stickers.
Requirement: images must be in PNG format, with a white outline and size 500×500 pixels. You can do all this either in Photoshop or using a bot.
Below are instructions for those who do not want to bother with visual editors and only have photographs on hand.
How to make your own set for free

1. Upload pictures into it.
2. Subscribe to the channel using the link (you can unsubscribe later)
3. “I support you!”
4. Click “processing”, “make sticker” and so on for each picture.
5. Click “download” The gender of each sticker.
6. On each file, tap “Save Photo”

8. Enter the name of the future sticker pack.
9. Click the paper clip, then the “File” menu, then “Select from Gallery.”
10. Download only one sticker.
eleven. Send an emoji that represents the sticker. Repeat for the remaining stickers.
12. Click “/publish” and then “/skip”.
13. Enter a custom link for the sticker pack.
Ready! You can add a set for yourself. Now enter the emoticons and your sticker in place.
