The promising manned spacecraft “Eagle”, the latest version of “Feder”, will make its first flight closer to 2029 – they have shifted again. According to this article, the original Eagle was launched into space in 2015.
According to Alexandra Bloshenko, who characterizes the executive director of Roscosmos for science, the “urgent launch of Orel” was moved again: in this case, this infrastructure is not available. For this reason, this spacecraft does not need support separately.
The first tests of the “Eagles” and its flights will be carried out with the Vostochny cosmodrome, for which an installation and testing building corresponding to the spacecraft will be erected there and forces and means will be deployed for searching and rescuing cosmonauts.

It’s bad that Orel, number one, plays in the Angara class, which causes problems with the launch infrastructure, but Bloshenko is confident that Orel, which, by the way, is supposed to replace Soyuz and Progress, will not fail this “endless” “Unfinished construction.”
