PS5 and iPhone lead in Google searches on Black Friday; see the ranking

iPhone and PlayStation 5 led searches on Google Shopping in the early hours of Black Friday 2023, Friday (24). Products such as air fryers, refrigerators, and air conditioners also generated a high number of searches during this period and were among the most sought-after products by Brazilian consumers.

According to Google, Two of the top 10 search terms generating the most clicks on the price comparison tool were terms referring to Apple mobile phones and Sony video games. The most popular models in searches among smartphones were iPhone 14 and iPhone 13.

It is also worth highlighting the great demand for home appliances and small appliances in the 2023 edition of Black Friday; Four of the 10 most clicked searches in the morning include refrigerator models; the same number for electric fryers. Most searched products on Google Shopping

The search giant also published rankings broken down by category. Most searched products by Brazilians on Google Shopping on Black Friday 2023. Among mobile phones, iPhone was again the most requested, with seven terms in the top 10; the other three terms referred to Samsung phones like the Galaxy S23.

When it comes to televisions, trends have favored giant screens, and 55- and 65-inch smart TVs have emerged in various forms. IT product highlights include laptops, Amazon Kindle digital book reader and NVIDIA RTX graphics cards.
