Miratorg invests 3.8 billion rubles in the construction of a new wholesale distribution center. The facility was built in the Belgorod region.
The construction agreement was signed in 2022. The construction of the facility makes it possible to abandon the rental of warehouse space and optimize logistics.
The project created 150 additional jobs. Tax deductions for the operation of the company are expected to amount to 160 million rubles per year.
The company is implementing a plan to increase exportable supply and in the near future a quick-freezing area for meat products will be put into operation.
Earlier Miratorg and Vkusno-period announced an additional investment of 5.7 billion rubles in their joint venture for potato processing. The initial investment in the project amounted to 11.8 billion rubles.
