Cast controls now feature prominently in Quick Settings and feature a new design. The streaming service’s logo has disappeared, making way for a generic icon and the play/pause button in the center.
An update was released in version 23.44.14 of the Google Play service that changes the design, adding a time bar, Next/Last buttons, and the ability to mute/unmute.
