Distribution of advertising on the Internet without an identifier or in violation of the requirements for its placement entails a fine of up to 100 thousand rubles for individuals, up to 200 thousand rubles for officials and individual entrepreneurs and up to 500 thousand rubles for legal entities. .
Experts interviewed by RB.RU noted that the share of the gray advertising market after the introduction of fines should decrease by 30-40%, but sanctions will not completely solve the problem: any unscrupulous actor in the market will find a way to avoid it. any of the locks.
