The company announced that Rockstar Games’ “GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition” game will be available on its platforms on December 14.
This collection, which includes updated versions of cult games GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas, will be offered free of charge to all Netflix subscribers.
Each of these games is mobile compatible and will be available both through the Netflix app and as standalone apps on Android and iOS.
All three projects, although somewhat dated by modern standards, had a significant impact on the open-world genre.
One particular standout is San Andreas, which many players consider to be the pinnacle of the series, even surpassing later versions. So this trilogy could be a great way to pass the time while you wait for the release of Grand Theft Auto 6, whose trailer is expected soon.
