The new feature allows you to extend the battery life of your Windows device, reducing power consumption and, as a result, some aspects of system performance.

Users can enable this mode from the Quick Settings menu in the system tray or set it to turn on automatically when a certain battery level is reached.

Microsoft also offers other ways to save power, like setting your screen to stay on for shorter periods of time, reducing its brightness, changing background app activity settings, choosing a more efficient power mode, or turning on Airplane mode if you don’t need it.
