The official Nubank account even acknowledged the instability in services:
Our team has detected a surge in Pix transfers, but don’t worry, this has already been addressed.
— Nubank (@nubank) 13 June 2022
HE TecMundo Contacted Nubank to confirm the cause of the instability and whether services are expected to return. Of note, the company regretted the issues and reported that the release had already been resolved.
The bank’s position is, “We regret that some of our clients are having difficulty processing Pix transactions and viewing balance this afternoon (13/06), and we inform you that the swing has been resolved and transactions are gradually returning to normal.”
