Nubank users this Monday (13) had trouble making transfers via Pix. According to the report, the issues started to be noticed by customers around 13:30 (Brazil time). Down Detector.

The web services monitoring page also reveals that Brasília, São Paulo, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro, Recife, Fortaleza and Belém are among the hardest hit areas.

Down Detector also shows that 95% of user complaints are actually Pix related. Mobile app login (4%) and credit card (2%) were at the bottom of the most reported issues list.

As always, many people used Twitter to complain about problems with Nubank. Users asked if anyone else was having trouble making transfers and bookmarked the bank’s own official page to ask what’s going on.

HE TecMundo Contacted Nubank to confirm the cause of the instability and whether services are expected to return. Of note, the company regretted the issues and reported that the release had already been resolved.

The bank’s position is, “We regret that some of our clients are having difficulty processing Pix transactions and viewing balance this afternoon (13/06), and we inform you that the swing has been resolved and transactions are gradually returning to normal.”
