Startup Beeper has released the Beeper mini application for Android.

It allows you to fully communicate with iPhone owners via iMessage. Whenever you are going to send messages through this app to iOS users, they will all have to come to iMessage. If a person writes to you, the message will be sent to Beeper mini.

There is support for group chats, and photos and videos are sent in their original resolution.

The program does not require an Apple ID. Beeper Mini is registered via your phone number. To receive texts and messages via an email address rather than a phone number, you must create your own Apple ID.

Beeper says it can’t see your messages, contacts, or Apple ID (you don’t even need a password to sign in). The company says that connecting to Apple servers is as simple as connecting to an iPhone.

The service contains the source code, so anyone can check its security.

You see that this is a paid application. Subscription costs $1.99 per month. Payment is made through Google Play; it does not work in Russia. [The Verge]
