Banana. They contain a lot of potassium, which is good for the heart. This substance reduces the effect of sodium on the body and the pressure on the walls of blood vessels.

Avocado. 1/3 of a medium-sized avocado contains 250 mg of potassium. Additionally, this fruit contains dietary fiber and unsaturated fats that further improve cardiovascular health.

Fruits. Blueberries, blackberries and raspberries help cope with high blood pressure. This is because they contain antioxidants, including anthocyanins.

kiwi. These fruits are a good source of vitamin C. Some studies have shown that eating kiwi every day lowers systolic blood pressure. This may also be due to the presence of potassium in kiwi.
