Before preparing for the New Year holidays, Vkusville launched a new online order delivery service in Moscow and the Moscow region – pre-orders. This is what he said in a statement. The trial option will run until December 30, then the retailer will extend it after detailed study.

Vkusville has launched a pre-order option to plan purchases

The service will allow customers to plan their purchases in advance and the retailer to distribute the load in dark stores. Pre-order is free and available for both individuals and companies.

In the Vkusville mobile application, users must go to the catalog, then go to the delivery time selection section, select the “Reservation” option and determine the appropriate date and time to place the order. Only certain product categories are available for pre-order: salads, fruit slices and confectionery weighing more than 1 kg.

The day before delivery, the buyer receives a reminder about the order. The courier will deliver the order to the buyer at the indicated time.

“Pre-order” is available from December 11 to December 30; Once the order is placed, delivery is made within 3 to 14 days (depending on the date selected). The option is available only to residents of Moscow and the Moscow region whose addresses are located in the operating area of the dark store.

Vkusville informed RB.RU that “if the functionality shows good and stable performance until December 30, it will continue to work, but after detailed development, not at the beginning of the new year.” In this case, the company will extend it to the entire range and expand the geography.

For all customers, regardless of delivery address, the “next day” delivery option still works.
