The new development will help solve the problems of searching, data classification and extraction of specific terms by providing semantic representations of scientific texts. The neural network and its tests will be available to the public, allowing tests to be carried out starting in 2024.

Academician Alexey Khokhlov, head of the interdisciplinary project group, noted that the developed model has high metrics with a small number of parameters, making it effective even with limited computing resources.

This project was implemented within the framework of the scientific and educational school of Moscow State University “Mathematical methods for analyzing complex systems”. The developed model will be a starting point for the further development of larger-scale neural networks that improve the analysis of scientific texts.
