The SKB Kontur group of companies acquired a stake in the analysis service on the Moneyplace markets. According to RB.RU sources, an 80% stake in the company has been acquired. After the transaction is completed, the entire service team will continue to work at full capacity and business processes will remain unchanged.

The SKB Kontur group of companies became the owner of a stake in the analysis service on the Moneyplace markets. This is stated in the message of “Contour”.

The parties do not disclose the amount or terms of the transaction. A source from RB.RU familiar with its details spoke about the acquisition of 80% of Moneyplace’s capital.

“After the transaction, the service team, including the founders, remains fully operational. All business processes, as well as agreements with partners and customers, remain unchanged,” the SKB Kontur press service noted.

SKB Kontur CEO Mikhail Srodnykh called the acquisition of a stake in Moneyplace “only the first step in developing Kontur’s range of services for sellers on marketplaces.”

Moneyplace has a base of more than 400 thousand users. The daily audience of the service is more than 100 thousand users.

SKB Kontur’s clients include more than 2.5 million businesses. Acquiring a stake in Moneyplace was another step for the organization in developing an entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Information about the transaction has not yet been reflected in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. According to the registry, Moneyplace LLC is owned equally by Dmitry Ermolaev and Alexander Boltenkov.
