The Investigative Committee lifted the ban on blogger Valeria Chekalina (Lerchek) and her husband from using the Internet, writes TASS citing her lawyer.
According to the lawyer, the ban on certain actions was lifted. Now the blogger can use the telephone and the Internet, communicate with friends and move freely. However, the criminal case against the bloggers has not been dismissed.
In November, the embargoes on their accounts were lifted because the bloggers paid off their debt of 300 million rubles.
The trial against Valery Chekalin was opened in March. She was accused of tax evasion.
