Mishustin drew particular attention to President Vladimir Putin’s instruction to extend state support mechanisms developed for industrial investment projects to the rocket and space sector and to take measures to develop exports to potential markets in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.

According to him, behind the development of the space industry is, first of all, people; they achieve their goals “with their knowledge and work”. Mishustin noted that, therefore, it is necessary to “build competent work with experts and young people, create favorable conditions for them, in order to prevent the exhaustion of qualified personnel interested in industrial science and production.”
