The analytical company Smart Ranking has compiled a list of leading companies in the field of outsourcing accounting services in the non-banking sector. According to the results of the first half of 2023, these companies are leaders in terms of revenue and number of customers.

The leading companies in terms of revenue in the field of outsourcing of accounting services are named

Top 5 companies by volume of clients of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities:

  1. “My business” – 51.5 thousand clients;
  2. “Severstal. Unified Service Center – 35 thousand;
  3. Unicon subcontracting: 30 thousand;
  4. Schneider Group: 20 thousand;
  5. UCMS Group – 15 thousand.

Top 10 companies by revenue:

  1. “Severstal. Unified Service Center: 1.25 billion rubles (0% increase compared to the first half of 2022);
  2. Unicon Outsourcing: 1.1 billion rubles (an increase of 0.4%);
  3. “My business” – 646 million rubles (an increase of 19%);
  4. Schneider Group – 604 million rubles (an increase of 0.6%);
  5. 1C-WiseAdvice – 545 million rubles (an increase of 13%);
  6. UCMS Group – 311 million rubles (an increase of 27%);
  7. “Button” – 146 million rubles (a decrease of 6%);
  8. “NDFLka” – 58 million rubles (decrease by 4%);
  9. Finguru – 46 million rubles (an increase of 14%);
  10. Seeneco – 44 million rubles (there is no data on the dynamics of changes).

The ranking took into account income data that Smart Ranking collected through a survey, the Kontur.Focus financial reporting system, and open data.

According to the analysis company, the growth of accounting services outsourcing companies has slowed down in 2023. At the same time, the number of foreign clients has increased: they are turning into companies with Russian roots.
