A Moscow court banned the sale on the Internet of devices that hide car license plates

As follows from the materials, information about such devices on the Aliexpress website is considered “distribution prohibited.” Previously, offers for the purchase of such devices were published for free on the platform. With its help, you will be able to hide your license plate from cameras and thus avoid liability for violating traffic rules.

Additionally, the document notes that this court decision is considered the basis for including this announcement in the list of sites with information the distribution of which is prohibited in the Russian Federation.

Currently, another similar lawsuit has been filed demanding to block sales advertisements for the devices described on Tacticalbunker’s website. The court accepted the claim and the offer was removed from the site.

Arguing its decision, the court indicated that these advertisements do not comply with the norms of the Federal Law “On Road Safety” and are illegal.
