The US Supreme Court has rejected a decision to hear requests from Apple and Epic Games in their long-running lawsuit against App Store rules.
Apple filed the request in September 2023 and asked the Supreme Court to hear appeals of a portion of the dispute in which the company prohibited iOS app developers from directing users to third-party payment systems available outside the App Store. Epic also submitted its own request on this matter.
