Starting today, Apple will begin selling the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 in the US without the blood breath level measurement feature.
The watch will still have the app Oxygen in the bloodbut it won’t work.
The company made this decision after the US appeals court rejected its request to suspend the ban on the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2.
Apple’s appeal is ongoing, and we believe that the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit should overturn the US International Trade Commission’s decision. We strongly disagree with the US International Trade Judgment and the resulting orders.
Apple
Apple continues to appeal the decision in other models. The company previously said the process could take a year. [9to5Mac]
