Hays Russian management bought Hayes Specialist Recruitment LLC, the team will continue to work under the Get Experts brand. This was announced to RB.RU by Anna Spirina, marketing director of the renewed company.
In March, the international recruitment company Hays stopped its operations in Russia.
“The Russian management bought the company Hayes Specialist Recruitment LLC. The brand change was a condition of the deal. Now there will be no connection with the British recruitment company,” Spirina said in a conversation with RB.RU. The amount of the transaction is not disclosed.
Obtain experts, as reported on the brand's social networks, employs 100 consultants with close experience, another 150 thousand professionals are listed in the database. According to its own data, the company has about 1,000 customers.
"The focus of our expertise remains the selection of middle and senior managers, experts for permanent and temporary projects, market assessment of candidates for employers, and career guidance," the company said in a statement.
On March 4, Hays stopped working in Russia. Then the company explained that we are talking about a total withdrawal from the federal labor market.
