Difficult on-screen controls (16%) and confusing menu logic (14%) were the main reasons for dissatisfaction among Apple users. A quarter of respondents stated that it is important for them that the new device has unique features that competitors do not have, such as the quality of shooting and the absence of pre-installed programs (20%).
However, switching to another brand brings with it some difficulties, such as the need to master a new operating system.
The survey also found that Korean brands such as Samsung and LG are trusted by 35 percent of respondents, while American brands, including Apple, are trusted by only 12 percent. As for Japanese brands like Sony, only 3% of survey respondents prefer them.
