Another 49% of employers value creativity and problem solving. This was discovered by analysts from Rabota.ru and SberPodbor, and Izvestia learned about the results of the study.
44% of company representatives pay attention to analytical thinking and the ability to work with large volumes of data, as well as multitasking.
Another 40% of respondents believe in the need for flexibility and adaptability. The same number depends on the knowledge of your employees about modern technologies and programs.
At the same time, Russian workers took first place in the main professional skills this year: rapid learning (48%), mastery of modern technologies and programs (42%), analytical thinking and the ability to work with large volumes of data ( 41%).
