The error, which has become a topic of discussion on online platforms such as Reddit, causes concern among users.

The issue is reportedly software-related, as the “Live” and “Natural” profiles show slight differences.

In tests conducted by experts, it was observed that when both phones (Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy S24 Ultra) were set to the “Vivid” setting, the colors on the 2024 model appeared significantly more dull than on its 2023 predecessor.

Samsung has not yet made an official statement on this issue. However, considering that the issue is not observed in Native mode, it is believed that this is related to the One UI 6.1 software, which is currently exclusive to the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
