OpenAI recently opened a shop for creating personalized GPT models and will now create a dedicated section for kids with Common Sense Media. Both organizations will develop guidelines and materials for the safe use of ChatGPT to prevent negative consequences of using ChatGPT for young people.
The partnership was announced at the Common Sense Kids and Family Summit in San Francisco, where OpenAI CEO Sam Altman rejected the suggestion that AI is harmful to children and should be removed from schools. He emphasized that teaching children to use the vehicles of the future is a necessary step and will enable high school graduates to achieve higher success.
