The version of the new Sber mobile application “Accounting Online” disappeared from the App Store a few days after its addition. This is stated on the bank’s Telegram channel.
“If you managed to install and register for Accounting Online on your iPhone, you can delete the old version of the SberBank Online application. Now “Online Accounting” can no longer be downloaded from the App Store,” the message explains.
Earlier this week, the lender warned that it would stop supporting app versions 12.14.1, 12.15 and 13.02 within 2024. The bank recommended users download the new iOS app.
Those who did not have time to download “Online Accounting” from the Apple market should contact the nearest bank branch, whose employees will help with the installation.
Sberbank Online continues to work for Android devices.
In early 2022, in connection with large-scale sanctions against the Russian Federation and Russian companies, the American Apple removed the Sberbank application from the App Store. The bank developed an analogue, but the Apple platform removed it a day after its publication.
