Ozon has opened free sales analytics to all users, the company said in a statement. This will allow small and medium-sized businesses to evaluate their capabilities in the market before registering.
Users will be able to estimate sales volumes by category, average cost of goods, number of sellers, and cart conversion level.
The service is called “What to sell on Ozon” and was previously only available to existing sellers.
Last October, Ozon also launched the Ozon Data service, which allows third-party players in the retail market to obtain analytics to assess consumer demand and analyze online categories.
