The nutritionist recommended replacing fatty varieties of sour cream with plant-based yoghurts if you often consume such products. Kabanov also noted that dairy products may contain antibiotics.

And Kabanov recommended replacing meat cutlets with fish cutlets and steaming them, because meat products, especially processed ones, can destroy blood vessels and increase blood sugar.
