The TilTech Capital investment fund of Vkusville founder Andrei Krivenko and his partners invested in the Russian women’s clothing brand Charmstore, a representative of the fund told RB.RU. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Charmstore was founded in 2018 by Fioz Mindibaeva, the brand’s products are now sold in 22 stores in Moscow (Aviapark, Metropolis, Paveletskaya Plaza, Europolis, Outlet Village), St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Vladivostok and eight other Russian cities.

The brand’s products can also be found in markets and in its own online store.

The brand reportedly produces 80% of its products with fast delivery time, including the use of manufacturing partners. The company’s revenue at the end of 2023 amounted to one billion rubles. Within five years, the company plans to open more than 100 more stores in Russia.

The investments will be used to build an IT infrastructure (a single platform for storing and exchanging basic data and end-to-end analysis, a BI system for consolidating and visualizing information, a new website and an application), marketing and opening of stores.

The fund is an investor in clinic chain Fomina, clinic chain DocMed/DocDeti/DocDent, designer jewelry retailer Poison Drop, sleep products brand Blue Sleep and recycling operator Ubirator.
