Apple has started selling refurbished MacBook Pro 14″ and 16″ models with M3 Pro and M3 Max chips at discounted prices. These models are on sale for the first time since their launch in October 2023.
Refurbished versions of MacBook Pro laptops with M3 Pro and M3 Max chips appeared in the Apple Store just two weeks after the appearance of the base model MacBook Pro 14-inch with the M3 chip.
Refurbished laptops start at $1,699, $300 off the original price of $1,999 for the M3 Pro 14″ MacBook Pro with an 11-core CPU and 14-core GPU.
The 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M3 Pro chip with a 12-core CPU and 18-core GPU is available for $2,119, which is $380 less than the new model’s $2,499 price.
Please note that all refurbished Apple Macs are virtually identical to new products. They undergo a refurbishment process that includes full functionality testing, replacement of faulty modules, and thorough cleaning and inspection.
