According to the information published by the website 9to5MacHaitong Intl Tech Research analyst Jeff Pu said that Apple has already started developing the design for the new device. A final prototype should be completed by the end of this year. He also announced that mass production is expected to start as early as the second half of 2024.

It is important to note that the design development process examined various possibilities and created different prototypes to test the durability of the product. That is, several versions must be produced before the final device is released.
