MTS launched the School of Architects as part of the MTS Teta center for the development and training of IT specialists. Initially, the course will be available only to company employees who want to learn how to solve architectural problems. Over time, external audiences will also have the opportunity to study at the school.
Aspiring MTS architects, developers and analysts who want to improve their skills (senior developer, team leader, systems analyst, etc.) will be able to join the school. The course is designed for four months, classes will be held every week in online format.
The program combines technological foundations (documentation, working with requirements, architectural styles) and skills in interacting with business clients. Leading MTS specialists, as well as invited Russian and international experts with extensive experience in the field of IT architecture, will share best practices in building solution architectures.
As a result, course participants will study the design of cloud-native and high-load systems, features of secure development applications, master approaches to architectural decision making, and other skills.

MTS plans to adapt the architecture program for external audiences. In addition to the disciplines within MTS Theta, the company is developing cooperation with the country’s leading universities. Thus, MTS launched several applied courses for students and undergraduates of the Higher School of Economics of the National Research University and ITMO, and also opened its own department in the field of deep machine learning on the basis of the Faculty of Informatics of the Higher School of Economic Sciences. About 30% of graduates of all external educational programs of MTS become its employees.
