As the company noted, each management is now responsible for working with suppliers according to a specific model: retail and market. The company also has a new structure: Product Management.
The Distribution and Assortment Strategy Directorate is headed by Victoria Abdrashitova with experience in international markets. The management of the market will be headed by Tatyana Andreeva, who moved to Lamoda from Ozon, where for the past four years she worked as commercial director of the fashion department.
Product Management was headed by Tatyana Umryaeva, who was responsible for the development of Yandex.Market for more than five years.
Artem Baranov, who worked in management positions at Adidas and Leroy Merlin, also joined the company’s team. Roman Zaveryukha, who also worked in the Russian division of Adidas, will participate in the development of his own sporting goods chain, Lamoda Sport. This is a retail store project that the company launched in 2023.
As explained in the press service, Lamoda will continue to develop and strengthen the team. To this end, Alexandra Aborina joined the company and holds the position of General Director of Human Resources. Alexandra has many years of experience in human resources consulting; She was previously responsible for hiring senior management at Ozon.
In addition, Alexey Nikolaev, who previously held the CEO positions at Yango Drive and Yandex Drive, joined the company as director of strategy and corporate development. Additionally, Nikolaev worked as general director of corporate development at Sberbank.
Last fall, Lamoda began testing a new model of working with sellers. The FBS model will allow sellers to increase their assortment without physical shipment to the company’s warehouse. This year, the market aims to increase the number of delivery points by 50%. Investments in this project will amount to 2 billion rubles.
