Apple announced three changes for developers in the European Union.
First, the company allowed developers to create apps for stores consisting only of their programs. For example, a game studio might create an iOS app store that exclusively offers its own games.
Secondly, you can now use your own templates for advertising. You don’t have to use Apple’s pre-built solutions.
Thirdly, Cupertino allowed the downloading of applications for App Store applications directly from developer sites. I don’t have to be located in any store to do this. But there is a condition.
The position will provide membership in the Apple Developer Program for two or more years and the presence of applications with more than one million first installations of iOS in the EU in the past year. Apps distributed this way must meet Apple’s notarization requirements like all other iOS apps, and can only be installed from a web domain registered with App Store Connect.
Authorized developers provide access to APIs to simplify web-based application distribution, system functionality, backup and recovery, and more.
The innovation will become available later this spring. There are no exact dates yet. [9to5]
