The Federal Tax Service (FTS) is ready to discuss initiatives that will reduce the volume of paper cash receipts, if this does not infringe on the rights of buyers.
At the same time, not all buyers, especially the older generation, can use a mobile phone to control payments on the spot. Therefore, it is fundamentally important to leave the possibility of generating a cash receipt in electronic form only at the buyer’s request.
