Tera Ventures and Expeditions Fund and business angels, including Stefan Lindberg, also participated in the round.

The startup launched in 2019 and the company now operates in 30 countries. BotGuard specializes in software development in the field of cybersecurity. The project is developing a cloud-based traffic filtering solution based on artificial intelligence.

The service selectively blocks traffic from “bad” bots in real time, as evident from information on the company’s website.

The startup will use the funds raised to develop technology, expand its team and further scale its business.
