The company developed the telecom platform internally and intends to gradually transfer all subscribers to billing over the next three years.
Billing is an automated payment system. A comprehensive software solution that generates invoices, standardizes the payment and acceptance process. It also provides financial monitoring, risk management and in-depth analysis: access to detailed transaction statistics, recurring revenue overview, business data and reports.
According to representatives of the operator, Foris is linked to a telephone number that is used as an identifier for all services. Telecom Platform may use passport data, a landline contract number or even another operator’s phone number as a unique identifier.
MTS did not disclose investments in the project, but according to experts, we can talk about billions of rubles.
