Tinkoff has opened a new headquarters, Tinkoff Space, in Moscow, the company announced. The flexible office space was created based on the “city within a city” concept and is located in the AFI Square business center.
The company occupied the entire area of two high-rise towers B1 and B2 with 20 and 13 floors with a total area of 90 thousand m². The B2 tower building is now being put into operation, to which the first employees have already begun to move.
The new space was created according to the “city within a city” concept and includes a clinic with a full range of VHI services, cafes and restaurants, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, a gym, a massage room and more.
Work areas include open spaces, tables with navigation to reserve a seat, large monitors and wireless chargers built into the tables. Noise-reduced individual and group meeting rooms are available on all floors.
On the ground floor will be Tinkoff’s own video studio with its own dressing room, dressing room and editing rooms. An offline Tinkoff store will also open there, where the company’s products will be presented.
The company also provided meditation rooms, sleeping “dens,” play areas on each floor with board games, chess, tennis tables and special lockers for personal belongings, which can be opened using Face ID and a pass.
The new Tinkoff headquarters will unite in one place the group’s key divisions: Tinkoff Bank (including Tinkoff Business and Tinkoff Investments), Tinkoff Insurance, Tinkoff Mobile, Tinkoff Education, Tinkoff Travel”, “Tinkoff Development Center” (except regional branches ), etc
The rest of the company’s offices in Moscow will continue to operate. Employees will also be able to work from the locations of the Vodny, Sheremetyevsky, Mirland business centers and the SOK coworking space.
According to its own data, Tinkoff currently has more than 70 thousand employees.
