The company highlights that it places emphasis on the harmonious integration of the acquired projects. In the event of a merger, the group promises the smooth functioning of the business and the preservation of key management and brand capitalization.

According to the group’s CEO, Vladimir Lavrov, this step is in line with the strategy of strengthening the mergers and acquisitions strategy.

“We are holding a kind of “open call” for those market players who want to start a dialogue to join. <>In the last two years we have carried out 13 merger and acquisition transactions, as a result of which the companies that joined the group significantly improved their results,” Lavrov is quoted in the press service.

The company recalls that the first merger and acquisition operations were completed back in 2009. Since then, the group has been actively increasing its share in the domestic IT market and consolidating the industry in various business areas.

Earlier this year, Softline acquired payment terminal developer Inversum through its subsidiary Sky Technologies. Already this year the teams plan to present a new joint product: a line of payment terminals based on imported software.

Last month the group’s interest in cash register equipment manufacturer Atol became known.
