A company patent for a MacBook made of glass was discovered on the Internet – a futuristic laptop that could become a real breakthrough in laptop design.
The patent describes two versions of the MacBook:
- All-glass: The cover and body are made of a single piece of glass, giving the device an incredibly stylish and minimalist look.
- Combination of glass and metal: The metal frame around the perimeter provides additional strength, while the glass parts add elegance to the design.
According to the patent, both versions of the MacBook will be equipped with a touch screen. This isn’t Apple’s first experiment with touchscreens on Macs, but the company seems serious this time.
There is no official information yet about the release date of the Glass MacBook.
