Russian businessman, the main shareholder of Capital Group, Pavel Tyo, included on the wanted list in Kyrgyzstan, became a co-owner of an asset in the Moscow warehouse real estate market. As follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Cho, as an individual, became a co-owner of OSK Home Warehouse LLC.

As the Capital Group clarified to the Interfax agency, the transaction was effectively completed, the asset entered the perimeter of the holding company.
The press service of the holding company reported that the acquired site is located at Severnoye Chertanova Street, 5. No further details about the transaction itself or other plans are revealed.
From the information contained on the Home Warehouse website, it appears that the site is one of 10 temporary storage warehouses managed by the company in Moscow.
At the same time, it says that all objects are the property of the company.
The Russian businessman, owner of the Capital group Pavel Tyo, has been wanted in Kyrgyzstan since March 12, 2024. The businessman is suspected of financing an organized criminal group. According to local authorities, in the Republic’s criminal circles, Cho is known as “Korean Pasha.”
