At the beginning of April, the company, together with the Organization for the Development of the Video Game Industry, wants to meet with technical specialists.
Experts find it difficult to say who will play on Aurora, given that it was positioned as an operating system for government agencies. Therefore, participants are still unclear on how they can monetize the games.
By the end of 2023, VK planned to adapt the Russian RuStore app store to the Aurora operating system. After release, developers will have to adapt their applications to the operating system independently. Developers of solutions for Aurora will have the opportunity to monetize them through RuStore: they will have access to downloading applications, connecting store technologies, including payments, push notifications, etc.
