Japan is committed to completely eliminating carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere. To reduce the carbon footprint, CO2 emissions must be halved by 2030 compared to 2000.
It is known that when hydrogen fuel is used, electricity is produced by combining the hydrogen in the tank with atmospheric oxygen. Instead of exhaust gases, there is steam that is harmless to the atmosphere.
“Harumi should be a model for a new type of region where all living activities are based on the use of environmentally friendly hydrogen,” said Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike.
